Refund & Return Policy

At Cache Valley Detector Sales, we want you to be confident in your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

 

 Returns:

• You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund.
   

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all manuals and accessories.
   

• Used or opened items may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%.
   

• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

   

Non-Returnable Items:

• Opened paydirt, gold concentrates, or consumables
   

• Custom or special-order items
   

• Clearance or final sale items
   

• Items showing excessive wear or misuse

   

Refunds:

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the return.
   

• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Many of our products are covered by manufacturer warranties. If you experience a defect or issue, we’ll help you contact the manufacturer for repair or replacement under their policy.
